Filtration Systems
AutoVac filter separators are engineered and manufactured under exacting production standards to provide superior filtration. Each filter separator combines centrifugal action with the dust-trapping feature of stocking-type filter bags. As your vacuum producer creates suction it pulls air, dirt and debris from the end user’s nozzle, through the vacuum hose, and into the lower half of the filter separator. Here, a precisely engineered cone creates a powerful cyclone that guides debris downward into a waste container. The air then passes through a series of filter bags contained in the upper portion of the filter separator. A properly sized filter separator with appropriate filter bags will collect 99.9% of debris at three microns – allowing only clean dry air to pass through the vacuum producer. The result? Vacuum Arch Structures
AutoVac’s arches offer modern solutions to your shade structure and piping needs. Its functional design delivers vacuum hoses directly to your customer’s door. It integrates your central vacuum system, piping and filtration into a streamlined structure for a custom look.
Whether you need one or 100 vacuum hoses, AutoVac lets you create a support structure to your specs. And with two or more arches, you can add a canopy to create an inviting, shaded vacuum area.
Other options include cyclonic primary separators for each arch, and vacuum-on-demand metering devices. Because our arches are modular, they can grow with your business.

VacuumIQ™ & DryerIQ™ Advanced Motor Controls
Vacuum IQ™ is an electronic motor control system that manages your vacuum motors. It includes a dynamic variable frequency drive(VFD) and customized software.
Vacuum IQ™ constantly monitors your vacuums so they always operate at maximum efficiency. Your motors work as much or as little as needed depending on the actual demand for suction. You enjoy the most cost-effective operating model– vacuum-on-demand. Vacuum IQ™ dramatically reduces energy costs and extends the life of your equipment.

AutoDryer
AutoDryer™ is a carwash drying system that’s ultra-durable and remarkably energy efficient. Unlike traditional systems that use plastic dryer housings, AutoDryer™ features solid cast aluminum housings. This new design outlasts and outperforms the competition. In addition, the AutoDryer™ system can be equipped with DryerIQ™, an advanced power management Motor Control Center that ensures maximum energy efficiency and maximum savings. AutoDryer™ is taking the carwash industry by storm, leaving traditional energy hogging dryer systems in the dust . . . and slashing operating costs by an average of up to 70%.
The AutoDryer™ System dries vehicles very efficiently.
The blower housing is cast aluminum which is rigid, crack-resistant and impervious to the elements. Its unique engineered casting design incorporates a scrolled housing that produces high CFM and air pressure velocities to maximize drying performance.
Manufactured to strict standards
Our backward curved impellers are manufactured to strict standards. All AutoDryer™ Systems are built on a structurally sound blower frame made of aluminum, stainless steel or coated carbon steel. Available in 10 or 15 horsepower models. Add DryerIQ™ to maximize performance and efficiency.
